KC PICKUP ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL
• Local KC pickups cannot be cash, even if cash delivery appears as an option at checkout
• Orders must be placed and paid online before pickup
• Pickup appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance

There is little to no cell service inside the underground facility. Please screenshot your order confirmation and order total before arriving. Do not rely on email or website access on-site.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:00-12:00PM & 1:00-2:30PM
(This is a commercial cold-storage warehouse, not a retail storefront.)
🚗 ARRIVAL & NAVIGATION
1. Arrive at your scheduled appointment time
2. At the security gate, say: “I’m here to pick up for Mathis Meat.”
3. After the gate, drive forward and follow the road
4. On the left, turn into the small parking lot
5. On the right-hand side, you’ll see KC Cold Storage signage
6. Park in the lot
📦 PICKUP PROCESS
1. If no one is outside, walk to the door
2. Tell staff: “I’m here for my scheduled Mathis Meat pickup & your name.”
3. Return to your vehicle
4. KC Cold Storage staff will bring your order out to you

• All orders are factory-sealed and frozen solid
• Coolers are recommended for longer drives
• Orders must be reviewed before leaving
